owner

our

mixed

a
combination

strengths
and

managed
to
find
a

balance
between
the
leavening
and
maturation
of
our
unique
dough:
the
results
is
a
special
pizza
that
recalls
the
flavor
of
an
ancient
recipe
from over 80 years ago.

the

genuine
flavor
derived
by
its
way

preparation
and
conservation.
