Our Pizzeria proposals

Our Neapolitan style pizza with a high edge, soft and very light, highly digestible, is like this because the preparation of our particular dough lasts from a minimum of 48h up to 60h of leavening and maturation before being baked. After various and long researches, Robert, the owner of our company, testing and using different ancient techniques and special natural (live) yeasts mixed with a combination of different strengths and highest quality flours, managed to find a perfect balance between the leavening and maturation of our unique dough: the results is a special pizza that recalls the flavor of an ancient recipe from over 80 years ago. Our pizza has a taste of the past and a very characteristic, genuine flavor derived by its way of preparation and conservation. Producing artisanal doughs with passion and competence, with only high quality ingredients, means satisfying any taste and palate, but also accustoming customers to recognize, through a new vision, the ancient flavors that are being lost over time, inspired by best recipes of the Italian tradition. Our kitchen also offers many delights every day to be enjoyed in a welcoming environment appreciated by numerous Italian and foreign tourists who visit Jesolo and its golden beaches.
