Da Robert restaurant, pizzeria and snack-bar, located in the suggestive pedestrian area of Jesolo Lido, between Piazza Marina and Piazza Nember, offers a varied and complete cuisine in a youthful and elegant setting, combining the authenticity of tradition with freshness of innovation. In addition to the delicious naturally leavened pizzas, the menu is rich and the most characteristic dishes of the local gastronomy stand out, from first courses to carefully selected meat and fish main courses. Any other request beyond the menu can be satisfied by our chef who will be able to advise you on the wide choice of dishes and preparations at the moment.
The Ancient Flavor. All the ingredients used for the preparation of our pizzas are of the highest quality and largely of organic origin and DOC. Our product is a mix of flours selected by us, studied and balanced to give the pizza crunchiness, lightness and unmistakable taste. The dough is left to rise for at least 48 hours in a natural way, making it light and digestible.

At the base of the kitchen managed by Robert there is a meticulous work where research and attention to details become essential. The dough is particular because it uses a mix of white and wholemeal flours, with a high nutritional profile, which, with a unique technique developed over time, gives us an ancient experience handed down by our peasant ancestors. Therefore, through the slow and natural leavening, it is possible to find a perfect balance in the growth and maturation process of the dough itself. This is the reason why our pizza has a very high digestibility and a particular flavor, combining tradition, creativity and experimentation. The dough, experience and dedication, as well as the ability to innovate, are our quality proposal. We produce artisanal doughs with passion and competence using only high quality ingredients: it means satisfying any taste and palate, but also accustoming customers to recognize through a new vision the ancient flavors that are being lost over time.
